Cedar City work meeting to take up gravel-lease expansion, airport camera bid and planning-consultant pick

Cedar City council agenda: two rezonings, well-rehabilitation bids and arena impact-fee waiver up for action
The Cedar City Council's Oct. 14 action meeting agenda put two zoning requests, bids for a covered outdoor arena at the Cross Hollow Event Center, a possible waiver of the arena's impact fees and a personnel policy resolution before the council. Consent items included bids for the Quichapa Wells rehabilitation and a $117,500.05 change order on the 100 East roadway project.
