OneTen Apartments code amendment, Chapter 8 (Ordinance 23-16)

    Approved

Mike Wilcox presented for applicants Corey Solum and Troy Tueller of Think Architecture. The amendment to the permitted use matrix allows multiple-unit dwellings in a limited part of the Central Business District. Cathy Spuck said children may need to cross State Street and the area lacks sidewalks and curbing; Steve Van Maren thought the building too large and suggested five stories at most. Council Member Ryan Mecham supported Spuck's concerns and said he wants to work on them. The ordinance was adopted; the notes give no tally.
