    Discussed

Staff presented a petition to vacate about 775 square feet of public right-of-way on Wilmington Avenue between a property's lines and the sidewalk; the sidewalk would not be affected and the area would join the adjacent property. The Planning Commission recommended approval, but the city Engineering department opposed it, citing concerns about future benefits.
