    Approved · 6-0

The Council adopted Resolution 36 of 2024 approving the interlocal agreement between the city and its Redevelopment Agency (RDA) that state law requires to create the 900 South Housing and Transit Reinvestment Zone project area. The plan sets the participating taxing entities, tax-increment participation rates, the collection term and how the increment would be used. The RDA Board had adopted it Oct. 8.
