Richfield council approves lot sale and Axiom impact-fee deferral agreement
The Richfield City Council's July 28, 2026 meeting approved the $75,000 sale of one acre (lot 6-36B-13) with a road-participation condition and approved an impact-fee deferral agreement for the Axiom development on a 4-1 vote. The separate request to reduce Axiom's impact fees was tabled. This page covers two selected items and is not a complete record of the meeting. The council approved these minutes on Aug. 11, 2026.
