Politically neutral. Every candidate on this ballot gets the same sections. The party shown is the one the ballot lists. A section is missing only where we haven't yet found an official source for it. How we stay neutral
Taylor Wright is a candidate for U.S. House, District 4. The ballot lists Taylor Wright, Libertarian. The district covers all or part of Juab, Millard, Sanpete, Sevier, Tooele, Salt Lake and Utah counties.
Taylor Wright is a high school teacher who also hosts a self-help podcast and assists adults with disabilities, according to the Salt Lake Tribune's candidate survey. [1]
In the survey, Wright argues that less government means less corruption, opposes tariffs, and calls for lower taxes and fewer regulations. Wright wants to cut zoning barriers to increase housing supply and favors protecting water rights and creating markets for conserved water, including water for the Great Salt Lake. Wright supports decentralization, including the right of states to secede, and alternative currencies. Wright supports Amendment B and declined to answer on Amendment A. [1]
These are the candidate's own survey answers as printed by the Tribune, not checked by The Utah Ledger. [1]
