The Park City City Council minutes, as summarized by The Utah Ledger, name Tana Toly among the members voting no on 16 agenda items. Minutes do not always record each member's vote, so this list does not show how Tana Toly voted on other items. On a motion to deny, table or continue, a no vote is a vote against that motion. It is not a score or a rating.

Background
Tana Toly is an at-large Park City councilmember for the January 2026 to January 2030 term and a member of the Park City Fire District's Administrative Control Board, whose biography identifies her as co-owner of the Red Banjo restaurant on Main Street. Her 2026 council assignments include the Main Street Area Plan, Youth Advisory Council and Colorado Association of Ski Towns. Park City Fire District's biography says Toly is serving her second term on the Park City Council and co-owns the Red Banjo, which it calls the city's oldest family-friendly restaurant on Main Street. It lists affordable housing, transportation, arts advocacy and planning for the 2034 Winter Olympics among her areas of work.
On Oct. 1 the council approved Ordinance 2026-21 for detached accessory dwelling units, 5-0, with looser owner and parking terms than planners proposed. Transit staff were steered away from a new midday route to the hospital.
