Saratoga Springs lists Edon Davenport's council term as January 2026 to 2028. Her city biography describes more than 15 years in nonprofit development, fundraising and strategic planning, including grant writing for education, family services and community programs, and lists a master's degree in Human Relations and Business and a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She names transparent decisions, data-informed planning and public input as priorities.
Saratoga Springs adopted a property tax increase in August that the city said would raise $3.1 million a year. The adopted budget ties it to police positions and part of the staffing for a future third fire station, and says it does not pay for the building.
