Urban Hill opened in December 2022 in Salt Lake City's Post District, with a wood-fired grill, oyster bar, lounge and patio. Chef Nick Zocco was a James Beard Award finalist for Best Chef: Mountain in 2024 and 2026.
The August 2026 dinner menu ran from maitake mushrooms, cavatelli and a burger to half chicken with mole amarillo, black cod, crab ravioli, lamb and filet.
