Arlo serves seasonal dinners and Sunday brunch on Center Street. Chef Milo Carrier was a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: Mountain, and Salt Lake magazine named Arlo among its 2025 Dining Awards honorees.
The menu changes often and the restaurant posts it as a sample. An October 2026 menu ran from mushroom ravioli and squash risotto to steelhead, chicken and beef empanadas.
