Table X marks its tenth year in 2026. Chefs Mike Blocher and Nick Fahs were 2025 James Beard Award semifinalists for Best Chef: Mountain.
Dinner is a five- or seven-course tasting menu, with a vegetarian version and wine or nonalcoholic pairings. The kitchen cooks from its own garden and regional growers; an October 2026 menu included sourdough with cultured butter, sourdough gnocchi, Utah-raised beef and olive-oil cake with farm berries.
