A downtown American kitchen named for the Oquirrh Mountains, open since 2019.
Oquirrh opened in February 2019, owned by chef Andrew Fuller and Angelena Fuller, as The Salt Lake Tribune reported then. Fuller was a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: Mountain.
The October 2026 dinner menu included milk-braised potatoes with curds and whey, beer-steamed mussels, radiatori with sausage and kale, Iberico pork and a Wagyu ribeye.
