Santaquin council agenda: stormwater master plan engineering award, UDOT I-15 utilities agreement and sign code change
The Santaquin City Council's Oct. 20 agenda included an engineering services award for the stormwater master plan update, a UDOT master agreement for utility designs on the I-15 project, a nonconforming sign ordinance and acceptance of the Larson & Co. audit. Santaquin council approves detached ADU standards and stormwater land deal, 4-0
The Santaquin City Council voted 4-0 on Sept. 15 to extend state-required detached accessory dwelling unit standards to more residential zones, to acquire about 1.14 acres for a stormwater channel, and to approve change orders on the water reclamation facility, cemetery building and library furniture. Councilmember Mecham was absent. These are draft minutes from the Oct. 20 packet.
