Provo council work session makes committee assignments 6-0 with one member excused

At its work meeting the council voted 6-0 to approve committee assignments, with Council Member Travis Hoban excused. It also heard presentations on BYU parking, sustainability, water plans, preliminary budget discussions and the Innovation Fund. A closed meeting was held.
