Municipal Building Authority property transfer
Discussed
City Attorney Steve Earl said property including Nielson's Grove, titled to the Municipal Building Authority (created in 1990) as collateral for since-repaid bonds, should be reconveyed to the city. The issue arose because Rocky Mountain Power requested a paid easement through the park along Sandhill Road. The city manager, as the authority's CEO, could execute the transfer; Earl asked whether the council had concerns before proceeding. No objections are recorded.
