    Discussed

The golf fund balance rose from $76,000 in FY2012 to $3 million at the end of FY2025. Consultant estimates: irrigation replacement $2.6 million, green complexes $1.575 million, bunkers $450,000, fairway reseeding $315,000, a fuel tank $80,000 and tee leveling about $395,000. Doing everything at once would cost $5.5 million against about $2.5 million available after reserves, a gap of roughly $3 million. Council Members Rubell, Dickey, Parigian and Ciraco supported working with the consultants and an RSOQ for a landscape architect on irrigation. Council Member Parigian opposed fee increases. Snow Creek pedestrian underpass design contract

    Approved · 3-1 · SR-248 at Snow Creek Drive

Design services with Methods Consulting, not to exceed $1,638,760, for a pedestrian underpass across SR-248 at the Snow Creek Drive access. Two below-grade options would be evaluated, with a no-build HAWK crossing as a fallback, and cost estimates would return in spring. UDOT does not support a temporary crossing of less than five years. Snyderville Water Reclamation District funding is soft and not in the financial table. Council Member Ciraco wanted a faster interim fix.

Moved by Council Member Jeremy Rubell, seconded by Council Member Bill Ciraco. Vote: 3-1. Voting no: Council Member Ed Parigian
