Meeting as the Board of Canvassers, the council certified the recount of the November 4 election, which matched the original count: Ryan Dickey 1,706 votes and Jack Rubin 1,699.

The Board of Canvassers certified the canvasser's report from the recount, which produced the same totals as the official count. Ryan Dickey was elected mayor with 1,706 votes to Jack Rubin's 1,699. The minutes list Mayor Worel as chair and present but do not list her among the ayes.
