Item VI.2 · City code
Ordinance 2023-42: water service rules outside city limits and designated water service area

Item VII.5 · Public safety
Interlocal agreement for Basic 911 service among Summit County, Park City Fire District and Park City Municipal
Approved · 4-0
Continued from September 12. Approved in a form approved by the city attorney and contingent on the other cities and districts entering substantially similar agreements. The county manager said the agreements require equal funding for the three fire districts. Dickey was uncomfortable with a 20-year term but called it an advantageous deal; Rubell was comfortable with 20 years because growth is outside the district's area and any changes would be reviewed.
