Toquerville council approves Indigo at Firelight hillside permit with conditions and nightly-rental quiet hours ordinance on Sept. 16
Selected actions only, not complete coverage of the Sept. 16, 2026 regular City Council meeting. The council voted 5-0 to approve a hillside development permit for Indigo at Firelight, Phases 2-5, with conditions, and 5-0 to approve an ordinance on quiet hours for nightly rentals. The minutes carry an Oct. 7, 2026 signature date, and the council approved them 4-0 that day. Whether the permit conditions have been met is not shown. Other items are not covered here.
