Kanab council authorizes emergency municipal well repairs

Kanab council backs ladder truck funding application, narrows R-1-20 frontage rule 3-2 and amends fire district agreement
On Aug. 11 the Kanab City Council voted 5-0 to adopt a resolution supporting a funding application for an aerial ladder truck, 3-2 to reduce the R-1-20 minimum street frontage from 120 feet to 100 feet, and 5-0, with a condition, to approve a second amendment to a fire protection agreement with the Vermillion Cliffs Special Service District.
