West Jordan council to hear rezone request for 8.3-acre Barber Estates and fee schedule changes
The council is scheduled to hold public hearings Oct. 27 on a petition by Anderson Development to rezone about 8.3 acres at 7401 South 5490 West from one-acre rural residential to 12,000-square-foot single-family lots, and on an amended fiscal 2027 consolidated fee schedule.
