Delta Center block development agreement (PLNPCM2026-00887)

A proposed zoning amendment creating a development agreement for the Delta Center property and most of the block to its east, all zoned D-4. It would set standards for yards and stepbacks on buildings over 200 feet, ground-floor design, loading and parking, street trees, signs and a curbless 200 West street after the Salt Palace is demolished, and would change design review for buildings 200 to 350 feet tall. The public comment period runs Oct. 16 to Nov. 30, 2026, and a Planning Commission hearing is set for Dec. 9, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. The City Council holds the final hearing and decision.
