Midvale council approves $3.87 million water-pipeline contract, 4-0
The council voted 4-0 to approve Resolution 2026-R-17, awarding the 2026 Water Pipeline Project to Noland & Son Construction Co. Inc. for $3,872,874, funded from bond proceeds set aside for water-line improvements. Council Member Bryant Brown was absent. The amount is the approved contract award, not a record of what the city has paid. This entry covers one selected item from the meeting, not the whole agenda.
