With Council Members Matt Durham and Paul Fotheringham excused, the council voted 4-0 to approve an interlocal agreement for CDBG and other grant funding. A public hearing on vacating an unused landscaped right-of-way at Fairbrook and Arbor Lanes drew the property owner's comments, and a state of emergency for Big Cottonwood Creek flooding was reported as declared that week. The minutes record the mayor voting with the council members, so tallies include him.
