Holladay council approves Holladay Hotel development agreement and extends COVID emergency through 2020

The council voted 5-0 to approve a development agreement with Holladay Hotel, LLC as amended, appointed Planning Commission members and extended the city manager's COVID-19 emergency declaration through the end of 2020. In a work meeting it reviewed a stormwater fee timeline, CARES Act plans and Holladay Boulevard speed. Council Member Matt Durham was excused; the mayor voted.
