What residents said

Flock cameras

Three people asked the council to place the city's Flock license-plate camera contract on a future agenda to consider canceling it, saying the cameras collect data on people who are not suspected of crimes and that residents should have been asked first. These were public comments, not findings; the minutes record no council response.
