Ogden-Hinckley Airport terminal
Ogden-Hinckley Airport's terminal expansion has opened. The city's 2025 year-in-review says the work reached substantial completion in September 2025, public use of the new front entrance began Sept. 19, and a grand opening and ribbon cutting took place Nov. 14. The project began as capital plan Project AR014, which the council amended on April 5, 2022 for added terminal work. A later city brief schedules a separate ribbon cutting for a new baggage carousel on May 4, 2026; a scheduled ceremony is not a record that it happened. The terminal opening does not mean every airport project is done: the cargo apron was paused for winter, and the city's older project page still lists forecast tower dates. No final cost or payment total has been published. The FAA counted 12,597 passenger boardings at Ogden in calendar 2025, down 19.16% from 15,582 the year before, and nothing here links that change to the terminal.
