Ordinance 2026-14: Planning Commission chapter (Title 3, Chapter 2)

    Pending

Staff recommended repealing and replacing the chapter to match recent changes to Utah Code 10-20-301. The draft sets a seven-member commission with up to three alternates, three-year terms with a nine-year limit, a public application and interview process for vacancies, new conflict-of-interest and recusal rules, and a removal procedure. Per-meeting pay stays at $75 for members, $85 for the vice chair and $100 for the chair. Staff reported no fiscal impact. The ordinance's adoption line cites Sept. 22, so the date appears to need correction.
