Whites Canyon Detention Basin

A stormwater detention basin built in the 1970s by the state and the city with no recorded easement. The council's Oct. 27, 2026 agenda included buying a permanent drainage easement of about 4.06 acres from Panorama Holdings LLC for $142,100 so the city can reach, maintain and repair it.
