The Moab City Council awarded the Pack Creek pedestrian bridge replacement to Fones Construction for $527,943, 5-0, even though bids came in well above budget because of a cost-estimate error by the city's engineering firm. It approved a vendor and food-truck ordinance 4-1 and a sidewalk exemption change unanimously, and heard a Safe Streets and Roads for All safety action plan.
