Background

Rachel Freeman is a member of the Lehi City Council; Lehi's city page lists her first term as ending in January 2030. Her candidate-supplied BallotReady profile lists her as a registered nurse since 2009 and now a family nurse practitioner. In answers to a Lehi Free Press candidate questionnaire before the November 2025 election, she said during the campaign that each density request should be reviewed for traffic, water and infrastructure effects rather than all being denied, questioned the time and money spent expanding Clubhouse Drive, favored a Point of the Mountain connector and/or north shore freeway and said she wanted traffic calming near schools. These are her campaign statements, not an independent assessment.
