Emily Lockhart is a member of the Lehi City Council; Lehi's city roster lists her interim term as running to January 2028. In answers to a Lehi Free Press candidate questionnaire before the November 2025 election, she was identified as a Lehi planning commissioner. She said during the campaign that she supports the city's General Plan and rezonings only where residents clearly benefit, and named the Point of the Mountain connector to Mountain View Corridor and widening Pony Express Parkway as transportation priorities. She also said she would focus on small-business regulation, parks, recreation and the arts. These are her campaign statements, not an independent assessment.
Mayor Paul Binns and the five City Council members all responded to the Lehi Free Press, which found incomplete or dated entries but no indication of wrongdoing.
