Sego

Sego is chef Shon Foster's restaurant in the Canyons Boutique Hotel in Kanab. It serves social plates meant for sharing, and describes American food as a meeting of many cuisines.

Published menu examples include beets with smoked feta, tofu with tamarind and sweet soy, and salt-and-pepper shrimp. It is open for dinner on set nights only, not every night; check its site before planning around it. Parties of seven or more need a reservation.
