A seasonal café built into the landscape along Scenic Byway 12.
Kiva Koffeehouse sits on Highway 12 between Escalante and Boulder. Bradshaw Bowman designed the building to blend with the landscape, and family and friends completed it in 1998.
The family-run café serves meals, pastries and coffee. It is seasonal and its kitchen closes before the café itself; check the official site before making this remote stop.
