Uintah Basin Technical College

UBTech's Custom Fit program serves for-profit companies of all sizes in Duchesne, Uintah and Daggett counties. A company completes a one-time new client registration, then submits an annual agreement and W-9 each year, and separately submits a training and reimbursement request for each course before it starts. The company pays the full cost up front and UBTech reimburses 40 percent by check. Receipts and a completion certificate or attendance roll are due within two weeks of the end of the training. Lodging, travel and meals are not reimbursable, and funding is first-come, first-served over a July 1 to June 30 fiscal year. [1]
