The council approved the 800 N. rezone to Campus Mixed Use with a development agreement 6-1 (Shannon Ellsworth opposed), rezoned 7.5 acres at 351 W. Center St. to General Downtown 7-0, and selected school board Map E 5-1-1 before adopting the districts 7-0.
