Toquerville council rules Firelight's sign package is a material change and tables its code enforcement policy

October 21, 2026, 6:00 p.m. · 212 N. Toquer Blvd, Toquerville

At its Oct. 21 meeting the Toquerville City Council found Firelight Development's proposed commercial-use changes non-material, on the condition that an amendment to the master plan overlay is recorded, but found its sign package a material change that staff must process further. The council tabled a donations and sponsorships policy and a code enforcement policy, designated Arbor Day, and heard that the city's communication software has no budget now that a state grant is spent. These are draft minutes.
