Wildcat Road vacation and road dedications (Ordinance O-2026-25)
Approved
A public hearing and vote on vacating portions of the Wildcat Road public right-of-way, dedicating Wildcat Road and dedicating Coyote Crossing Road at parcel AV-1-3-5-211. The planning commission recommended approval of each on Oct. 14. The town posted adoption notice of the Wildcat Road vacation ordinance. Draft quit-claim deeds in the packet would convey the vacated right-of-way parcels, about 2.28 acres across four parcels, for $10 each to the Michael and Karale Farrar Family Trust; the deeds are to be signed by Mayor Michael Farrar for the town, and the vacation plat also lists parcels of another Farrar family trust. The replacement Wildcat Road dedication, about 2.71 acres, is on parcel AV-1366-A-1. The Oct. 21 minutes were not available, so whether a conflict of interest was declared is not known.
