    Summit Vista height-setback zoning amendment

    Approved · 5-0

Approved a Chapter 13.38 text change reducing the setback requirement for buildings taller than 35 feet in the Summit Vista district. Staff said the change primarily accommodates an additional floor on Residential Building 2.2.

    • Staff reported that the Planning Commission had held a July 14 public hearing and recommended against approval. The council nevertheless approved the amendment.
    • The discussion compared five- and six-story renderings. This action changes zoning requirements; it does not establish that construction is complete.

Anna Barbieri moved approval; Curt Cochran seconded. Vote: Passed 5–0 on a recorded roll-call vote.
