Holladay council approves up to $11.5 million lease revenue bond structure for City Hall and Spring Lane, 5-0 with Brewer excused

On Sept. 18 the council and its Local Building Authority board voted 5-0 to approve the master lease and a sale of up to $11.5 million in lease revenue bonds, with $10.2 million to $10.3 million expected to be used. The bonds would pay for City Hall seismic work and a park and recreation facility. Council Member Ty Brewer was excused, and a Title 7 code enforcement ordinance was continued. The minutes record the mayor voting with the council.
