Washington Terrace's $650,000 land sale money is earmarked for parks, but held until a building is done
The redevelopment agency sold a parcel at 5580 South Adams Avenue for $650,000 in 2024 and later voted 4-1 to direct the proceeds to park projects. Agency records say the money stays in reserve until the building on the site is substantially complete.
