  1. Presentation

    FY2025 Annual Fraud Risk Assessment

    Discussed

Assistant Finance Director Korahle Jensen said the city scored 355 of 395 points, a 'low fraud risk' rating. It scored zero in two areas: governing body members had not completed required online state training within a four-year term, and the city has no formal internal audit function. Completing the training would add 20 points and move the city to 'very low'. An internal audit function would need added staff or an outside consultant.
