Ogden council adopts residential reuse and MRD zone text changes and parking and recording fee ordinances

The council adopted two Planning Commission zoning text amendments, the first allowing reuse of nonconforming single-family buildings in nonresidential zones (7-0) and the second revising the MRD zone (6-0), plus parking violation fee and subdivision recording fee ordinances (6-0 each). It also adopted the Annual Action Plan 7-0 and continued the arts grants to July 13.
