In a special meeting the council adopted the Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Action Plan for federal housing and community development funds, 5-0. Acting as the Redevelopment Agency and the Municipal Building Authority, it accepted those bodies' proposed 2021-22 budgets for review and set June 8 hearings.
