The council denied a petition to amend the Lynn Community Plan to allow R-5 or R-3 zoning at 140-152 West 2nd Street, 5-2, and then denied the rezone itself, 6-1. It also set March 10 hearings on a $250,000 airport fire-flow study and a related capital plan amendment, and appointed Marie Richins to the Ogden Housing Authority board.
