Steven K. Beck was appointed to the Third District Juvenile Court in 2017. He previously prosecuted juvenile cases for Salt Lake County and then defended young people at Utah Juvenile Defender Attorneys. He earned political-science, public-administration and law degrees at the University of Utah.
