The Tribune reports that Richard Nowak runs Avian Sanctuary and Protection, a bird rehabilitation and education center in West Valley City. [2]
In the survey, Nowak writes that voters do not trust lawyers or politicians, calls for becoming energy-efficient and returning business to the public sector, supports a bill for statewide xeriscaping and water recycling, and says students need less screen time and more physical books. Nowak opposes Amendment A and supports Amendment B. [2]
