In the candidate's own words

The Tribune notes that Rebecca Winsor previously ran for the Washington County Commission. In the survey Winsor criticizes state government, citing Proposition 4, MIDA, Bears Ears, school vouchers and what Winsor calls harassing a state Supreme Court justice out of office. [2]

Winsor opposes another tax cut that, in Winsor's words, "nets Utahns an average of $32." Winsor supports affordable housing programs, limiting the scope of homeowners associations, expanded public health offerings and free school lunches. On water Winsor supports protecting agricultural water rights, water-wise appliances in new construction, native landscaping, and grants to repair old water systems. Winsor argues public money should stay in public schools, and opposes both Amendment A and Amendment B. [2]

These are the candidate's own survey answers as printed by the Tribune, not checked by The Utah Ledger. [2]
