Background
Michele Beck leads Utah's Office of Consumer Services. Her department biography records an initial appointment in January 2007 and reappointment in 2015. Before that role, she worked in Minnesota's electric-utility industry and regulation. She studied political science at BYU and pursued graduate study in applied economics at the University of Minnesota.
