Southern Utah News's candidate Q&A, which gives no occupation for Fisher, shows him prioritizing household affordability, diversifying the economy toward light manufacturing and remote work, and affordable housing. He calls for budget transparency, spending cuts and a rainy-day fund, and says the county should follow its general plan: "Follow the general plan! I don't consider it an advisory document." These are his own statements. [1]

He supports dark-sky rules and the Stellar Vista Observatory, wants countywide fire protection, and criticizes the current commission for dismissing a Matrix Consulting Group report. [1]
